The most important component of WMAwater is our staff.
We recognise that providing an open and supportive work environment is key to building a strong work culture. We encourage innovation and staff development, both within our key fields of expertise and beyond.
We collaborate with the major universities in NSW and throughout Australia to participate in student internship programs, and to undertake research. We are committed to providing genuine opportunities for development for our graduates and student interns. Many undergraduate students who have undertaken internships with WMAwater have completed a thesis or major project under our supervision, and gone on to pursue careers in water engineering.
With over 30 staff and steadily growing, we have matured to become one of the largest specialist water engineering teams in Australia. We are always on the lookout for people with the right stuff to join us!
